Sailboat 04:38
Sailboat Take me away / On your sailboat To the Island / Where the fires still burn As in the lantern / Of the lighthouse That will guide us / On our journey through the night All the way home All the way home All the way… Read me my life / Like a blind man with your bare hands / From my body’s true shape it’s all in your hands it’s all in your hands it’s all in your hands

Soothe 03:58
SOOTHE Take me with a Glass of water Swallow me, swallow me whole Let me work for half an hour you know the way I ease your soul Take me with a glass of water, you know the way l'll ease your soul I’ll soothe you Heal you Calm you down Take me through a silver needle Let me be your heroine I will solve your deepest troubles As I dive under your skin I will solve your deepest troubles Let me be your heroine I’ll soothe you Heal you Calm you down Calm you down Take me from your pocket mirror on a line of powder snow You will easily absorb me You ‘ll love to take that blow You ‘ll love to take that blow I’ll wake you Excite you And make you feel alive. Make you feel alive. And so when my work is done and you assume the good times have finally begun the effect wears off and when it's gone you'll sure find some one new to heal you and calm you down. I’ll wake you Excite you And make you feel alive.

Elaine 03:18
Elaine You try To lay your world’s weight On my shoulders, your fate Don’t you see I’m already overloaded? Save your soul yourself, Elaine I could never ease your pain You have to got to get out of this You’ll have to get out of this by yourself Elaine. Someday, when you seem to gain some Self esteem You’ll look around And then you'll notice Me And my own hopeless case desperately trying to replace lack with love I’ll always fail to Save you Save your soul, Elaine I could never ease your pain You’ll have to get out of this (by yourself) Save my soul Elaine, I can no longer stand this pain Come, get me out of this Please lead me out of this Elaine

Autumn Dance 03:55
Autumn Dance Before you go to sleep let your heart reveal ancient melodies you kept under seal Let your golden leaves Dance In the October breeze this could be your last chance To show you ‘re alive. Before you turn away let your soul release those bitter souvenirs you resolved to freeze in glaciers under you feet they’re slowing down your heart’s beat to the point that makes you doubt you’re still alive. embrace your shadow celebrate all you found out to be yours all the light, all the dark don’t fear the hurricanes you raise when you melt down your cold don’t fear the avalanche you trigger you trigger. all you are let it show let it go, let it go.
6.
Icarus 03:08
Icarus I' m here, with my mind on Fire You’re adding Gasoline Imagine we’d be getting somewhere No one else has ever been And I burn I'm brighter than the northern star how I burn I bet you saw me from afar. A starmaker you are, they said And I’m born to light the skies You are just what I need To make a brilliant rise And I am what you had in mind To save you from the dark You push me up to the top We’re gods until a spark Ignites my wings And I burn, i’m brighter than the northern star And I burn , now you can watch me from a far- away place Safe as you are. I’d die for a little fame You share that appetite But as i fall and take the blame You just catch another flight To the top of the world And I burn, i’m brighter than the northern star And I burn , now you can watch me from your far- away place safe as you are Far away you're safe as you are

about

Lucid Berlin, Germany

Lucid is a German singer-songwriter.
For her “chamber-pop-music”, she merges poetic English lyrics, enigmatic harmonies and beautiful melodies into atmospheric song, using her expressive voice and accompanying herself on guitar and piano to alternate between fragile and energetic piano ballads, elegant folk sounds and unobtrusive ease. ... more
