About "What it seems to be"

Live recorded singer-songwriter album with acoustic band

Inspiring duo, trio and quartet concerts with Benno Bruschke (drums), Lucid's longtime double bass player Christian Keul, the Australian Lucianne Brady (Celtic harp) and the virtuoso percussionist Willi Kappich (Indian tabla, etc.) as well as trumpet-player Lukas Fink nurtured the idea of finally getting everybody together in the studio.
In the renowned Art of June Studio in Frankfurt where – amongst others - the albums of the project Re-jazz were taped, in April 2012 a two-day recording under live conditions was held, which was completed by a public (and of course also recorded) concert.

After some intense mixing and mastering sessions with Grammy Award-winner Christoph Classen, Lucid now presents a CD reflecting the songwriter and band authentically, with its clear, distinctive sound. "What it seems to be", promises to be a chamber-pop musical listening pleasure.
